In 2014, OKOer was founded by the famous journalist Luo Changping with a vigorous Internet team. The brand of OKOer originates from the German independent test organization ÖKO-TEST. It is now a member of International Consumer Research & Testing (ICRT), which is technically supported by dozens of third party testing laboratories recognized and accredited by Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle (DAkkS) and Beijing OKOer Technology Co., Ltd. is in charge of its operation.
OKOer has inherited the fine tradition of the original German brand. We adhere to the principles of independence, objectivity and justice. Together with the 3rd-party testing labs in Europe, OKOer has so far tested and evaluated nearly 3000 commodities. On its official website, Weibo and Wechat, OKOer App as well as other associated media platforms, OKOer has provided Chinese consumers with many scientific, practical and ecological test reports with various additional functions. International Consumer Research & Testing (ICRT) consists of nearly 40 test organizations, including Consumer Reports from America, UFC Que Choisir from France, Consumentenbond from the Netherlands, Stiftung Warentest from Germany, Which from the UK, Choice from Australia etc. They devote themselves to united testing and researching in order to protect the benefits of consumers.
